Attached are a few precautions we would recommend taking prior to sending a transaction:
Cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin and Ethereum, are built on decentralized blockchain technology. This design ensures transparency, security, and immutability. Immutability means that a transaction is permanent and unable to be changed. Immutability comes with significant benefits in terms of data security, auditing efficiency and dispute prevention.
Unfortunately, if you have already sent crypto to the wrong address, it may be lost.
The best option for you is to contact the owner of the wallet that you sent the crypto to, explain what has happened, and ask for them to send it back.
If you do not know who the wallet address belongs to, we would suggest looking through your Jiggle activity section to see if you can match the address to a previous transaction. This way you may be able to find out who the owner is.
If none of these options are possible, unfortunately your crypto will be lost.
You cannot alter or cancel a transaction that has been initiated to the blockchain, even if it is taking too long to confirm. In this situation you will need to wait for either the transaction to be confirmed or the transaction to be dropped from the blockchain and returned to your wallet.
In the future, we would advise increasing the ‘miner fee’ when sending crypto to promote faster transactions. On Jiggle, you can select “Fast”; this will increase the miner fee and in turn the transaction should complete in an estimated 5 minutes.

In this Article we explain everything you need to know about sending Bitcoin Cash to Legacy addresses. It can be done, but you need to convert the Legacy address to a Cash address first!
Sections:There are two main formats of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) addresses.
Jiggle uses the new cash addresses format for all BCH wallets. You can only send to a cash address from your Jiggle wallet. If you want to send to a legacy wallet, you will need to convert it into a cash address first.
Legacy addresses all start with the number 1 or 3.

Unfortunately, Jiggle does not allow users to send Bitcoin Cash directly to Legacy addresses. If you attempt to send to a Legacy address from your Jiggle wallet, you will receive the following errors:
When pasting an address: “Invalid Address. Bitcoin Cash can only be sent to bitcoin cash addresses.”
When scanning an address QR code: “Invalid QR Code. Please make sure you scanned a valid QR code and try again.”
You can covert a Legacy address to a Cash address. This will allow you to send the crypto to the cash address, with the recipient still receiving the funds as normal. This is because when you convert a legacy Bitcoin Cash address to a Cash Address format, the underlying wallet remains the same, and the funds are still associated with that wallet.
This can be done with a BCH address converter tool. Simply paste the Legacy address into the Tool provided, and they will generate the corresponding Cash address.
https://bch.info/en/tools/cashaddrYou can then scan or copy the “Cash address” and send the Bitcoin Cash on Jiggle as you would with any other transaction.

The first type of fees you may encounter are know as ‘Exchange Fees’. These are fees that are charged for buying and selling crypto. These are charged by our exchange partner Waltzer, who are easily integrated onto our app to make the process of buying or selling crypto as seamless as possible.
At Jiggle we are all about transparency with our users so you will always be able to see our partners fees before buying or selling your crypto.
In order to be considered a successful and valid transfer, every cryptocurrency transaction must be added and confirmed on the blockchain. This vital work is performed by what are known as miners or validators. This ongoing process of validating and confirming transactions that are initiated onto a blockchain is what allows a network to function.
In return, these miners are financially rewarded with what is known as a ‘Network fee’, ‘Mining fee’ or ‘Gas fee’. These terms are often used interchangeably to refer to the amount of cryptocurrency you pay to have a transaction confirmed on a blockchain network.
These fees can vary based on factors like the selected cryptocurrency, network activity and the size of the transaction. During high demand, fees can rise due to user competition for swift processing. As a general rule, transactions sent with a higher fee will generally confirm more quickly than those with lower fees.
Jiggle will automatically calculate the appropriate fee for sending your chosen cryptocurrency. The default fee set in Jiggle should take an estimated 15 minutes for a transaction to reach its first confirmation, but this can vary as network activity changes.
If you want to monitor the average transaction fees for a network, there are third party providers that can provide you with this information. For example, you can see this information for the Bitcoin network Here.
With Jiggle you can select your desired speed of transaction and the network fee will change accordingly.
If you are looking for fast transactions, we would recommend selecting ‘Fast’. Whilst this will cause increase the transaction fee, it will result in miners prioritising your transaction, and should confirm your transaction in an estimated 5 minutes.
In Jiggle we also offer the ability to set a Manual fee, where you can specify a custom fee. We only recommend this as an option to experienced users with a clear understanding of crypto transaction fees. Please be aware that if too low a transaction fee is selected, transactions can take days to complete, and in some cases may never be confirmed.
It is also important to keep in mind that if one currency is experiencing congestion and high fees, that may not be the case for other currencies and networks. For example, if Bitcoin is experiencing high congestion, a currency like Litecoin has traditionally low average transaction fees (averaging just a couple of cents) and fast transactions (2.5-minute block time) may be a valid alternative.

Sections:Think of a block explorer as a or search engine to explore the blockchain. Blockchains are publicly available information, so a block explorer allows anyone to search all current and previous data stored in a blockchain. This data can relate to transactions, addresses, fees and much more.
Block explorers can be extremely useful when you have sent or are waiting to receive a crypto transaction and you want to keep track of the transaction progress.
In Jiggle, we make it very easy to track a transaction on the blockchain. If you navigate to the desired transaction in your activity section, and select the ‘blockchain’ button, the app will select the appropriate block explorer and automatically input the selected transaction.
Alternatively, if you would like to search for a transaction manually, we would recommend using Blockchair: https://blockchair.com/ . Blockchair is a cross chain block explorer and supports all currencies currently offered by Jiggle. Simply paste a transaction hash or wallet address into the Blockchair search bar, and Blockchair will search the blockchain for you.
The most common use of a block explorer is to check the status of incoming or outgoing transactions. A ‘Transaction Status’ will act as the most important indicator for the progress of a transaction. If your transaction has successfully been added to the blockchain, it will display as either “Confirmed” or “1 confirmation”. Each “confirmation” represents a block added to the blockchain. Different wallets and merchants accept transactions on varying numbers of confirmations, but after 6 confirmations transactions are generally accepted as secure and irreversible.
If your transaction has been confirmed but it has not reached the destination wallet, it is always worth checking whether the destination address is correct. To do this, you will need to compare the destination address that you meant to send to and the actual destination address in the transaction ID.
Depending on the block explorer you are using, you may see some different terms for the sender (For example ‘Inputs’) and the receiver (For example ‘Outputs’). With this information, you check the receiver (or ‘Output’) matches the intended destination address.
In some transactions, for example on the Bitcoin network, you may see multiple recipients. This is not a cause for concern but simply due to the underlying principles of the Blockchain. In this example, the second output (change), ensures that the remaining funds not used in the transaction are sent back to the sender’s wallet address.

Jiggle is a mobile wallet app for cryptocurrency which has been designed for both iOS and Android customers and can be downloaded either through the App Store or via Google Play. In addition, using a combination of your current device access system and our biometric security solutions – which includes facial recognition technology which converts your face into a biometric code – your portfolio is protected.
You can easily buy or sell crypto with Jiggle, through our built-in exchange platform partner Waltzer. Through this secure exchange platform, you’ll be able to buy or sell cryptocurrency using the funds from your bank account and then store your new crypto in your Jiggle wallet.
On the actions tabs there are two main options to either send or receive crypto, which can then be added, or subtracted, from your Jiggle balance. You’ll also be able to view your different cryptocurrencies and their current performance, for example Bitcoin or Ethereum, in your portfolio.
Jiggle is a non-custodial wallet, which means that all users have sole control to manage and use their crypto assets with no third-party involvement. This offers more security than custodial wallets – where a third party may control your assets leaving you more exposed to breaches.
The Jiggle non-custodial wallet has been created to simplify transactions and to allow you to manage your crypto all in one place. Instead of having to log in to different wallets and exchanges, Jiggle offers a seamless solution where you only need one log in to one platform to be able to buy, sell and store all your crypto.
